Mini-Moon

My fiancé, Brett and I are almost finished with our wedding planning and we only have a few things left on our list – one of them being our honeymoon. We have gone back and forth on this for a while and we can’t seem to make up our minds. Deciding on where we should go and how long we should vacation for has been the topic of discussion.

I know what you’re thinking…uh hello take a long vacation it’s your honeymoon! Well, it’s not that easy, now that Brett is officially retired from baseball he has decided to run a business and I couldn’t be more excited for him. This year is a crazy one for us, we’re moving, opening a business and getting married! So now, factoring all of those events you can see why we have been so torn on what to do.

A friend of mine suggested that we go on a “Mini-Moon” (a short honeymoon before your real honeymoon) to Mexico. I thought this was a GREAT idea – it’s affordable, close, and relaxing. I think once Brett figures out the exact day his’ store is opening we can plan a little bit more and hold off on our “real honeymoon”. With that said, now that I somewhat of an idea on where we might be going I’ve slowly been shopping for tropical beach attire. I picked up this Panama hat while I was out shopping the other day. I figured it would be perfect for my mini-moon and the Summer time. I feel like these are a timeless accessories that anyone could wear.

Thanks for stopping by and if you have ANY suggestions on “all inclusive” resorts in Mexico please let me know. I would love to hear your tips and experience!
