“The few, the married, the Marines…”

Over the weekend my husband and I attended a wedding in San Diego (mentioned in this blog post seen here). It was such a blast to get away and stay at a nice resort with our friends and family.

If you saw my snaps on Snap Chat, (@stay_styled), you would’ve noticed that it was a traditional military wedding. It was awesome to see the groom and his groomsmen dressed in their uniforms. Not to mention, I love any excuse to get my husband in a suit ha ha.

The wedding was actually on the base so I wanted to wear a longer, more formal dress. Unfortunately, I didn’t have one so I had to go shopping – poor me, Just kidding…luckily, I found this one (seen below) for UNDER $30 at SheIn.com. Even though my New Year’s resolution was not to shop as much, I’ve always considered myself a “budget friendly” shopper so I didn’t feel guilty about getting this dress.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoyed your three day weekend! I’m jealous of everyone who had the day off!

  1. You look stunning in that dress! I can’t believe it’s from SheIn! The one dress I ordered from there was more like a tunic than a dress so I just stick to ordering shirts. This has def made me change my mind!

Thank you Annessa! When I got it I was a little worried bc the fabric was more of a maxi material. Once I steamed out the wrinkles it looked MUCH better. Honestly, for under $20 it was totally worth it.

  2. Stunning dress!

  3. Kind of obsessed with this dress, so beautiful love! xx Brooke
