Now that my wedding is six months away, I’ve been trying my best to eat healthier and work out more. All of my life I’ve been an active person from competitive swimming, cheerleading, (yes, I think cheerleading is a sport!) and multiple boot camp classes. Now, I mostly stick with boot camps and trips to the gym. Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated because these routines can seem redundant. One of my favorite alternative workouts is to go hiking to different places.
Luckily, Orange County has many different trails to go running or hiking on. “The San Clemente Trail” happens to be one of the best/long-stretching trails around. I’ve mentioned it a few times on my blog (here) just as a refresher for you in case you’ve missed it.
My fiancé and I love this trail because it’s right next to the beach and has a great path for walkers and joggers. I’ve shared a few pictures so you can see how beautiful the scenery is every time we go there to exercise.
